In Vi Thanh city, Hau Giang province, from December 11-14, 2023, within the framework The International Festival on rice industry in Viet Nam 2023, the Netherlands Development Organization SNV had an information booth introducing objectives of the TRVC Project as well as displaying sample products of three Enterprises including ThaiBinh Seed, Vinarice and Chon Chinh, as the Competitors participating in the Project.
At this event, on December 12, 2023, SNV was privileged to have a separate report to H.E. Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam at the high-level meeting of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development on the approach and expected results from the TRVC Project, as well as committing to contribute all Project’s results to the implementation of the 1 Million Hectare High Quality Rice Project.

Also on the afternoon of December 12, 2023, SNV was very honored to welcome delegates and distinguished guests to visit the exhibition booth. Most special was the presence of H.E. Deputy Prime Minister of Vietnam - Tran Luu Quang and Mr. Le Minh Hoan - Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD), visiting the SNV’s information booth regarding the introduction of the Project "Transforming the Rice Value Chain to Respond to Climate Change and Sustainable Development in the Mekong Delta Region (TRVC)" with a commitment to contribute to all the Project’s results to the 1 Million Hectares of High-Quality Rice Project of MARD.
